Yes, very similar problems which have not been resolved and apparently
little chance that they ever will be. Also, Equis insists it is not their
problem while Telescan alludes otherwise or that it is bad files, bad phone
connection, blah, blah, etc, etc. Anything but a problem on their end. And
the lying SOB's tell me that I'm the only one that has a problem....
As for rebuilding the offending data you can forget that. I went through,
for a third time, and rebuilt another 140 equities that were being skipped.
That means that all the files I have have been redone and that's a lot of
slave labor that didn't do a bit of good. Same crap tonight. I have also
deleted and re-installed Metastock twice so don't let them give you that
line either. They provide really lousy service and tomorrow if I can talk to
someone in authority they can color me gone. I've put up with their BS far
too long for what it costs... You're fortunate to have only had the problem
for a week.. so don't let it go on for very long because you'll really be
irate if it goes on for as I've put up with it...
