Oh well now I see.  I wasn't paying attention to the feed or the email
I guess.  Hell yes lets raise hell about this.  We never used to get
these losses.  What has changed?  Why are they starting to act like
Omega.  I'm going to email them right now and call them later on.  I
pay them thousands a year for many years now.  They will just have to
make good on lost data with some kind of download system.

Everyone really needs to get on them about this.

Mark Brown where are you?  Lets get with it.
