First question is why it needs such a high support level? I tried DS with
TS4 and found it to be such a pain I gave up and went with plain vanilla
TS2Ki and DTN satellite (not the best solution, but better than a patch
work). It simply wasn't worth all the trouble of trying to keep all the
fragile pieces working together. While its true $240 isn't much, if I paid
that for all the software I run...well, you get the idea.
