1. Don't talk or reveal anything , let him do the talking . They are usually
very engaging and personal .
2. He need not know much about trading but he needs to know a lot about
traders and their problems/difficulties or the management of such
situations.
3. Mention those headings in an open ended manner without detail or
elaboration and let him do the talking.
4. Keep nodding expectantly as he talks and don't worry about embarassing
silences.
5.Ask him about his training and experience and his most spectacular case.
6. Find out what he did and what he likes working at with people.
You have here a few hints to which you can add on to give anybody enough
rope to.................... !

Subject: [RT] NLP Coaching
I stumbled across an NLP/self hypnosis/hypnosis guru here in southeast Idaho
and I am interested in the experience of others with “coaches” of this ilk.
I will meet this person in a few days and I am interested in suggestions in
terms of questions I should ask and what kind, if any, of help I can expect.
This person has a certification in NLP but I don’t think he knows much
about trading. I consider myself a low-end “journeyman” trader. In other
words, I am not a beginner but I have a long way to go before I become a
master. I am considering using Mark Douglas’ book “Trading in the Zone” as
a starting point for discussions with this person. Any suggestions?
