Hello Thomas,
TS4 should load easily to an old W98 system. It's what it was made
for. http://traders2traders.com/papers/TS4onWinXP.txt has details
should the block 'misbehave'. and Yes, you do need to use it.
The last build for TS4 was b27 - look in
ftp://ftp.tradestation.com/pub/updates/Y2K_Updates/ for TS4B27.exe.
Transfer is easy - export all your custom indicators and systems to an
.ela file and import into TS4.
