Alex:
Just look at the Esignal script language examples published in
Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities. The Esignal Script
is pretty grim. It makes Wealth Lab Script look elegant and
concise.
Seriously, Pierre O. has posted on this topic before, but it is
worth repeating. If you are doing conceptual modeling of a
problem, be that robotic arm control, space satellite antenna
alignment simulation, trading financial markets, or whatever, the
very FIRST thing that must be developed is a language of
discourse for describing the problem. This is the strength of
Easy Language.
TS is a very fine modeling and simulation environment precisely
because Easy Language is built on a good conceptual model of the
trading domain. The competition, alas, sucks. Therefore, price
becomes irrelevant.
