I recently installed TS2000i with XP Professional and received the
following message when I attempted to download tick data from my DynaLoader
service:
Cannot find import; DDL may be mising, corrupt or wrong version
File "GSUTL12.dll" ordinal 1058 (error 0).
What does this mean and how can I correct it?
