I received this error in upgrading TS2000i on WINNT.  The solution was to
put the upgrade in a temp directory on the C: drive, not on the "virtual" E:
drive to decompress it.  Then when it asks you installation directory
questions you install it on the drive where your Omega Research Program
Files folder is.
