The 2000i product line is deader than a door nail.  Sorry, Charlie, but it is dead.  

Current 2000i customers will be offered attractive packages designed to move them to the internet - to the browser-based versions of TS, RS, and OS.

The stock's down because it is going to cost Omega a bundle, in the short to intermediate term, to make this transition.  Not the least of their costs being the cost of the incentives for current users to move to the internet-based systems.
