Just to be sure I understand...
1.) upgrade TS4 EOD to Build 27.
2.) find the eldate.ela file (on Omega site?) and install it via the
Quick Editor.
3.) Use the 8 digit conversion option for my EOD data.
4.) TS4 should then function as it has in the past.
Is this correct?
