Launching Excel from Netscape

To all,

I have been using Internet Explorer to download the following
information from Yahoo:

http://quote.yahoo.com/d/ALL.csv?s=^xcd+^dji+^spx+CHV+GM+IP+EK+AOL+DELL+WLA+GPS+T+BBY+JBHT+LADF+PTX+GTW+LOW+EGG+GGUY+&f=sl1d&e=.csv

Using IE it launches an Excel window inside of IE from which I can copy
and paste into my Excel spreadsheet in Excel.

Is there anyway to do this in Netscape.  I have version 4.05.  When I
click on the bookmark above it asks me to save it.  Then I have to open
the file in Excel and cut and paste into my spreadsheet.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
