I have a vBulletin forum that I manage and love the forum over this type of list. Maybe you could get a few volunteers to help in the management where they can help to keep things in order. I don't feel that it would be that hard.

I know that a forum is far superior when trying to keep things in order if the members use it 75% correctly. Its nice to see code posted that you can follow corrections to the ending outcome. I feel this would help many up and coming AB programmers and users. Within the threads it is nice to see the veterans post their solutions and even the links back to AB site for solutions or code examples.
