[amibroker] OT: General note regarding off topic posts.

FWIW I have to agree with this 100% and can't even begin to
imagine the moderation nightmare it would create.
I think this is best left for each member to decide for themselves.

I'm in the process of drawing up some guidlines for this forum and
they should help those that are new to forums and just don't yet have a
clue about posting and actually want some ideas. But they are only guidelines
not hard and fast rules.
