Most Basic Question

Hi
New user. Sorry for basic question but can't find help in earlier 
messages.

I can't get the program to perform it's most basic function. I have 
typed some ticker symbols into a folder, Group 0. Now I want to 
download data from Yahoo.

Seems I need to generate a file with extension TLS for AmiQuote to 
use. How do I do this? The only reference to this procedure I have 
found talks about typing symbols into a text file, which obviously is 
not the way.
