I believe real estate will be under pressure from a weak economy and bonds
may be under inflation pressure. I do have a suggestion for you which will
bring in 8% on short term money. Interactive Brokers
www.interactivebrokers.com offers 15 month notes yielding 8% to high net
worth account holders. They have been paying off the notes in 3 months. The
financials are pristine ... I can not divulge more. IB is private, offerings
are restricted, and all information is provided under non-disclosure so you
won't get info unless you open an account which meets their qualifications.
