Looking for ideas. I just had a guy who owed me $224K at 8%, pay me off
early. I don't want to put it at much risk as I have sufficient resources
in the markets ... can't decide if I want to buy corp bonds or real estate
or blue chips paying a high dividend .. (maybe sell covered calls on
those). Damn guy .. I didn't expect him to have the smarts to do this. :)))
So, where can I earn 8%+ at little risk? Not much to ask .. is it?
btw .. I sold my boat load of ORCL for a $2.00 profit yesterday .. I'm not
as certain the market is going to sink as many are ... too many think that
for me .. the contrarian in me just won't buy it ... but .. a move from $11
to $13 in a few days on 2 blocks wasn't going to be passed up.
