Slippage and liquidity are related so size is not a concern here for me as a
small, one to 5 lot trader.  The difference in volatility of pre and post
open periods is a factor though.  Some of the best insights I've had come
from small lot sharp shooters who are not shooting for small gains with
large quantity but take pride in the quality of execution.
