: Ridicule has its place and no offense is taken, I have received valuable
: insights from it in the past. Let me rephrase the question disregarding
: the notion of trend or lack of in assuming an entry. Specifically for
those
: who daytrade futures, what setups and triggers have you found to make
: successful entries early in the day, i.e. those that led to permit a
profitable exit.

You're making a lot of assumptions here:

 1) the 'most successful' (or best or easiest ) way to make money trading
the
 financial markets is daytrading.
 2) the 'most successful' (or best or easiest) way to make money trading the
financial markets is early in the day.
 3) 'successful' entries will lead to a profitable exit. (Shouldn't be the
other way around? After all, it is the exits that determines whether or not
you're sitting with a profit or loss.)

You might want to re-think some of these assumptions.
