Anybody ever gone around with IB "tech support" like this. This statement
does not make sense to me, anyone else trading TWS java version with
multiple monitors? I tried to clean up some of the clutter. Off list reply
welcome.

Dear Michael,
The issues that I attempted to bring to your attention are separate.
1) Our software does not support multiple monitor setups.
2) I sent you the "Ping & Tracer T" test, in order to check your ISP
connection
with us, because this could be an issue as well.

Don't see what your router losses have to do with my monitors. Please
explain.
