I know Bill says indicators are BS -- particularly those that
attempt to "predict" market conditions.
Well, the attached seems to say that tomorrow might not
be a good time to be short BUT the day after might be !
If the market follows prior patterns of behavior then this
is probably the best measure of such behavior as exists.
