Data needed @NA and @ND

I am doing some backtesting of a system that uses the McClellan oscillator.
This requires tick data for Advancing and declining issues on NYSE ( BMI
symbol @NA and @ND ).  I have most of the data for this year but need data
for all of 1999 or earlier. Can anyone please help me with this? Much
appreciated. I would be glad to share any data I have.
