LOWRISK.COM INVESTOR SENTIMENT SURVEY 4 / 10 / 2000

Below are the results of our weekly "Guess the Dow" sentiment survey.
The survey was taken from 4/3 through 4/9 on the Lowrisk.com web site.

Number of participants: 298 30 day outlook:

54% bullish, 36% previous week
21% bearish, 40% previous week
25% neutral, 23% previous week

After a wild week on Wall Street, bullish sentiment jumped from 36%
to 54%. Bearish sentiment plummeted from 40% to 21%. Meanwhile,
neutral sentiment edged up from 23% to 25%. The Dow was up 189
points last week, which would normally have us looking for an
increase in bullishness. But we also saw a half day mini-crash that
scared a lot of people. In light of that mini-crash, we are pretty
surprised to see that big jump in bullishness...there seems to be
little fear among investors. This makes us suspect that the bulls
cheer will be cut short soon.
