There are myriad books out there on the subject, however I found a very
compact and inexpensive booklet prepared by Ted Tessler on the subject
which proved extremely helpful to me last year. I believe it was at the
Futures Industry Association web site ... don't have a URL but you
should be able to find it with any search engine.
