Cramer's point was that he, as an institutional investor, is
reconsidering his exposure to sectors of the market that historically
were liquid enough for him to trade with confidence, but where the daily
price movements are now too big and the inability to trade close to
current market is too scary.
If the conclusion of the institutional investors (who, remember, control
most of those retirement funds we were talking about earlier) is to hold
smaller positions (and more cash), and to take profits more quickly,
this would have a negative impact on the market.
