I once had a similar problem. My charting applications ceased to
work. I called MSFT and they discovered that the atomic clock
synchronization software in MSN had reset my system time to 2098. They
recognized the problem quickly, and I'll never have that problem again,
having reset the maximum correction allowed. Give 'em a call. Jack gave
excellent advice.
