I'm not an expert on NetMeeting but it is part of Internet Explorer. That
may be good news since it's free :) Here is a description of it :
Microsoft NetMeeting
Hold conferences over the Web or a local area network with NetMeeting. You
can place calls to anyone on a network or with a modem, talk to someone
(even use video!) over the Internet, and work in a shared application with
people at other locations.
