My experience as a moderately active but small trader using their
"0ne-on-one" service, where you deal with one pair of brokers:
Helpful on placing orders, tracking positions. Not much volunteered
about risk control. Therefore dubious for brand new trader. I believe
a limited amount of advice is offered, but I don't ask for it so I can't
comment further. Phones almost always answered quickly; occasionally
put on hold though (they know I am not a daytrader but they don't
necessarily know I don't have an order for a market that's open). Fills
seem very good. Call backs might be slow on price orders, but I always
get in with a limit order and simultaneous day-order stop, so I don't
need quick fill reports. (The few times I've done a market order e.g.,
in the currencies they've had me hold for a fill which was reported in
about 20 sec.) It's entirely possible they do call backs on a urgency
basis and I would properly rank low. Recommended for anyone with some
experience who would still like to deal with experienced brokers.
