There are an awful lot of people sending charts to RT these days.  Perhaps it would be
better if we eliminated charts from individual posts?  Instead, the author could post all
charts on a personal web page and just point to them?  Almost all ISP's offer 1-5 Mb of
space for a personal web page.

We would get faster downloads of all our mail, eliminate mail client format compatibility
problems and eliminate decoding issues for those on the digest list.  Also, we would
likely get our RT mail sooner as the RT server wouldn't have to send hundreds of copies
of a 40-50k email.
