I don't know about HyperServer of course. But I'm know: the only possible way to get wrong time stamp into GlobalServer is its
subserver. Check eSignal+DBC Online - do you have 4 hours difference? DTN+DTN Subserver? PCQuote+PCQuote Subserver? Even Adatpa for
Bloomberg or Reuters work just fine.
