Yes, I restarted the computer and the softwares several times. But it
doesn't fix the problem.
And the GS is receiving data from Hyper server. The problem is the data is
time stamped wrong. For example, right now, my local time is 8:10:15am
Pacific Standard Time (PST), but GS receives and time stamped the trade as
8:10:15 GMT or 0:10:15 PST. Somehow, GS thinks the data from HS is in GMT
instead of local time.

I would restart TS2ki then make sure you have the offset from GMT set
correctly in Charting. There are setting in the exchange part of the
GS for daylight savings. Also settings for how sessions are shown.
People all the time are saying I see no data. Well how about edit
data in the GS and see if it is actually there for tick, minute etc.
Also make sure the symbols are CONNECTED.
I am having similar problem starting today. The minute charts work fine but
the tick charts are not updating.
The GS is receiving data from Hyper Server. But I just find out that the GS
is treating my local time (PST) as the GMT time.
Don't know how it happened. Any suggestion on how to fix it?
Otherwise, I may have to uninstall and reinstall ...

Bring up the edit data window for one of the symbols you are interested
in (in GS). Load data. If you can see the data there, there is usually
only one thing that would prevent you from charting - you session times
are messed up in GS.
