Hello,
Thanks for all the suggestions.
I reformatted the hard disk and installed the OS and software again and now
they are working fine.
Just uninstall and reinstall TS and HS didn't solve the problem.

I don't know about HyperServer of course. But I'm know: the only possible
way to get wrong time stamp into GlobalServer is its
subserver. Check eSignal+DBC Online - do you have 4 hours difference?
DTN+DTN Subserver? PCQuote+PCQuote Subserver? Even Adatpa for
Bloomberg or Reuters work just fine.
