Does that mean the stop orders are stored in the Globex system (best)
rather than on the user's computer (worst) or the broker's computer
(better but not great)? If so, that's great news once they work the bugs
out. 

In a FIFO system like Globex, the fewer hops the stop order needs to
travel through when it's elected, the better your chances of dodging
Murphy's law when the sh*t hits the fan. If your order is a millisecond
faster than the other guy, you get the fill and he doesn't. Not to
mention the possibility/probability of network failures (you to the
broker, broker to Globex) at exactly the wrong time.
