Reminiscent of DBC and BMI...face it guys, good satellite service is dead
now that cheap i-net bandwidth is available over most of the country....if
you live in the sticks (like I do), it's tough shit bubba...either move to
the bandwidth (which is what I'm doing, moving to get a fiber to my desktop
T-1) or put up with the crappy sat feeds. Iqfeed is ok with multilink and
100 symbols, but I'm tired of crappy rural phone service as much as pissy
sat feeds.

I went around with tech support at DTN this morning as well. They keep
saying "not a DTN problem." After years of steady, reliable service, DTN is
rapidly going down hill. The very least they could do is send a message
that their stupid relay has gone down again. Instead, they just blow us off
and leave us to discover it for ourselves. I asked the techie why all of a
sudden rain in No Carolina is a problem, he just says, "it's not a DTN
problem."

While I was on the phone I asked him again about the four decimal places
messing up Chameleon's quote pages, he says "the Nasdaq did it, it's not a
DTN problem." I suppose if we all change data providers, that won't be a
DTN problem either. Actually, since they hate TS anyway, it probably won't
be a problem for them. Another company that has learned not to care. Where
have we seen that before?
