That depends on what kind of trader you are. If you are a system trader it
does not offer much. If you are a descrestionary trader it allows you to
practice the entries and exits of your system without risking a dime. As you
know its quite different looking at data historically and in real time.
Practicing recognizing your price and indicator patterns just as they are
forming is invaluable practice.
