Jimmy,

Hey,  don't  laugh.  This is the same system that's running
dual  AMD's  and  it had  a bad overheating problem!  My
answer - I removed the side case panel, place a cheap $10.00
window   box   fan.  Walla!  So now I get a warm breeze under
my desk as the system stays cool!  Haha.
