I am upgrading one of my older PC's. I am buying just the
box, motherboard, memory. I want to make use of the current
SCSI disks. More importantly I want to continue using the
current programs/data on that disk including the OS. I am
running MS Windows 2000.
So I am wondering what would happen if I configure the
hardware with the MS2000 disk as the primary drive under the
new motherboard?
Will 2000 reconfigure and boot? Will I blow up my disk
(can't afford this)
Regards,
Ernie
