I'm running a 1ghz AMD with 384 meg of ram and a 7200 rpm 20 gig hd and it
was about as fast as you could get a year ago. I could tweak it but I need
the reliability more. I have used amd for awhile now with no problems, but
check to make sure the motherboard is approved by amd otherwise you've got
problems.
