Your advice sounds useful, I do know how to rebuild index files:
simple delete all *.idx files but be careful, before it is highly
recommended to make a backup of all the data!

I'm trying this right now and I'll let you know
(I've found a painful way (time consuming): export data as ticks and create
an 5 min xpo file with HistoryCentre and reimport them!

 Have a good sunday!

Phil,

It sounds like you've got a recipe. I actually located a hard copy of the
'recipe' given to me for TS4 by Omega. In addition to deleting the .idx
files they also recommended deleting the file which for TS4 was labelled
40SIG5.dat (which I presume from its name contains data for '5 minute'
charts) and 40SIG. I do not know what the corresponding names might be for
TS2000. As I further recall (maybe I DON'T have Alzheimer's <G>), there was
a question about corrupted 5 minute data files at the time. I also found a
comment which said "recreate the 5 minute charts and see if they show the
same anomalies".

Your comment about making sure files were copied BEFORE deleting them is well
taken .... I'm very much a 'little old lady' when it comes to deleting
ANYTHING ... I do it with much care!

I hope these comments help or at minimum do NOT hurt!
