G400 Dualhead is a decent card. I have it. But it only supports 2
monitors.
There is no PCI version - so you can only use one single G400 per box.
You can install additional G200 PCIs for more monitors at one monitor per
card. It is the least expensive solution for a dual monitor system ($150).

You also will run into the problem of single virtual desktop if you use the
G400
on Windows NT or 2000. I am not too happy about this problem. Matrox
initially said the problem would be fixed by win2k SP1. The problem still
persists.

The G200 also versions that support multiple monitors.

I don't have experience with Colorgraphics cards. But have
read good things about them. They are pricey($400-$800 range)
