I'm old enough to open my mouth when I think it's appropriate. I gave CSI a
chance when I bought their product. People love this company but from my
standpoint the scanning software was worthless - the ads made it sound
wonderful but I guess I was expecting too much. If the new program makes me
happy I'll be the first to say so on the list. And I still think companies
should answer their email.

Sorry I brought it up.
