One way to test that gives me some reassurance, at least for the S&P, is to
compare the data on the screen with the call from a Squawkbox.  When I did that
with BMI satellite, the screen generally lagged by 2-5 seconds, and sometimes by
more than a minute (eg, during "fast markets").  When I now do that with
DynaStore using QFeed data, I haven't detected any lag.
