Gang - a little known fact about Win2000 is that Microsoft "attempted" to do
a registry migration from Win98 !!!
Yes, that's right....we can extricate ourselves from that miserable wretched
O/S.....MAYBE.
They are not publicizing it much....and you know what that means....."IFFY".

New hardware drivers of course will be needed, but that's no work compared
to the thousands of application program settings that would have to be reset
if you did this from scratch !!

Stay tuned....will let you know how it goes.
