list with such a short delay: no wonder you like DBC/BMI so much.

Not everyone wants to live in BumLuck, Texas...
even if they can get BMI sat there.

Had yer head stuck in a cow pod there for the last 20 years? 
Stock volume's increased 5000%, nobody is going to drop stocks.

I'd hate to see that, but at least DBC/BMI would have found a way to increase 
bandwidth, and if you've got a contract with DTN you save a grand or two.
Write DTN. Tell 'em you want individual Advance / Decline data. In spite of 
TJ's objections, more competition among data providers is a good thing for
