Putting all this clutter, jokes, and PR BS aside what
is the revolutionary advantage that TW offers?

If we assume product 'A' is established, and has
significant market share. A product 'B' would have to
have significant advantages over 'A' in order to have
any significant number of users jump over.
The advantages that 'B' has over 'A' need to offset
the RISK of moving to a new unknown product (and
non-established company), cover the COSTS of moving
over, and offer ADDITIONAL profits to make it all
worth (why all that work just to break even?).

Having said all that, I may be missing something but
what is TW offering that will make it that much better
than anything else out there?

1. As confusing as EasyLanguage might be, it can
accomplish pretty much anything you want. And while VB
is and easy programming language, it is a programming
language that can be very costly to learn well enough
to use with a trading product (and if you do, you can
also use DLLs with EZL...). It is so flexible, you
will find very little examples of things you can do
trading wise...
2. Omega offers a lot more datafeed choices than TW
3. Lets assume there are no significant differences in
usability issues (I will still have to learn all new
menues, icons, etc - COST)
4. The system reporting capabilities of ts100 are
pretty damn good. I don't even know what tw offers.

And so on. There seems to be little or no advantage of
TW over ts100 so why whould I even bother? as the TW
people admit, it will be VERY costly to move over...
and this is not only software $$, but learning and
setup time as well.

Anyone?
