Metastock or ASCII format to OMZ Format Converter?

All - has anyone run across a utility that converts Metastock formatted
files (or standard ASCII output files) to OMZ format?

While I can import Metastock or ASCII formatted data into symbols into TS
2000/GlobalServer, its a one at a time thing. I'd truly love to run my data
files through a converter and have them all in OMZ format to speed my end of
day process.

Any help appreciated.
