SPY Tick Data Request

Hi all:

I need tick data for symbol SPY, in server 4.0 format, for time periods
before 01/02/1998.

I'm not sure exactly when SPY began trading, but I think it was in 1997.

If anyone could help, I'd very much appreciate it.
