I agree with your analysis about what Omega needs to do. However right now
Omega's attitude seems to be to try sell software with problems, and if the
customers won't buy it or upgrade to it, then tell them to go somewhere
else. That doesn't seem conducive to building a more constant revenue
stream from your customers.
