It is highly likely that they will begin to charge for support at some
point.  Nearly all major software companies provide support for a limited
time and then require you to pay for support after a period of time or after
a certain number of "support incidents".  TraderWare and TradeLab have both
adopted this policy out of the gate.  TradeLab charges $150 a month I think
and TraderWare is going to charge $500 per month but throws in free data.
Given that it will probably be 5 or 10 more years before Omega's next
release, they're going to be itching for revenue before too long.
