Just installed service pack 3 which reset the GlobalServer back to the wrong
time. I went in and changed the last Sunday in October to the 5th Sunday in
October. I also changed the offset for standard time from -300 to -240 and
restarted my charts. It is now 10:30 EDT and my charts think it's 12:40 EDT.
Is it 12:40 in Iceland? Maybe we should move there,
