Doesn't anyone think it odd that Omega maintains such conspicuous absence on
this list? I frequent many other newsgroups and lists where there are often
paid tech support people who's job it is to help users find solutions. It is
rare for those lists to leave it up to the users themselves to help each
other. The techs always step in and guide the users to solutions in plain
view of the list, since if one person has the problem chances are others are
having it too.  The fact that Omega does not have such people here is very
mindboggling. They must have absolutely no concept of consumer confidence
and the loss of it that they suffer every day. If I was Bill Cruz and I was
aware of the way my product was publicly being trashed I would have a team
of tech support people on this list helping out in a heartbeat. So that
raises the question, is Bill Cruz not aware? and if he isnt aware then why
isnt he, and if he is aware then why is he letting this fire rage
unattended?
